This fund provides capital to digital asset protocols and companies. The strategy has been operated since April 2022 and has delivered 42.59% absolute return inception to date, net of fees. The fund provides monthly liquidity. The team’s unique combination of traditional credit investing acumen and engineering expertise allow it to implement its mandate within a growing opportunity set, and maintain robust risk management.

Building on the success of Fund I, this fund provides capital to early stage companies and protocols in the blockchain ecosystem that offer a high potential return over its investment time horizon. The fund achieves its mandate by pursuing opportunities in the full spectrum of blockchain assets, with a focus on the Solana ecosystem and decentralized finance (DeFi) and infrastructure protocols where RockawayX is a primary liquidity provider or provided custom hardware support.

The Fund allocates capital to venture equity, pre-launch token projects, liquid tokens, and early stage funds that present niche and complementary expertise.

Our first venture capital fund, launched in 2021, focussed on companies and projects that would accelerate the nascent blockchain and DeFi ecosystem. It made direct equity and token investments and invested in selected other digital asset funds.
